As Project Manager and Video Supervisor for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), I led an inspiring campaign designed to generate excitement and drive ticket sales for their 2025 national conference.
Role and Responsibilities:
I connected AONL with the creative team, defined the scope of work, created detailed briefs, supervised editing, and provided feedback to ensure every video reflected the brand’s voice and guidelines. I managed all communication with the client and kept production on schedule.
Project Details:
From the first planning meeting to final delivery, I handled creative direction, asset gathering, scripting when needed, and ongoing feedback. Using Google Drive, Gmail, and WhatsApp for coordination, along with creative tools like CapCut, Photoshop, Envato resources, and AI-assisted workflows, I ensured a smooth and efficient process.
Results:
The campaign surpassed expectations. AONL sold out the summit three months before the event, achieving this milestone even before releasing the final video. The positive reception opened doors to new collaborations across AONL’s marketing and education departments, expanding my role in future content creation.
