Overview
As Project Manager for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), I helped honor nurses during their annual celebration with a heartfelt and inspiring campaign designed to boost engagement and community both in person and online.
Role and Responsibilities:
I defined the scope of work, briefed the video editor and graphic designer, provided creative direction, and managed all client communications to keep the project on track and aligned with AONL’s brand voice.
Project Details:
All video assets were provided by the client. My team crafted graphic designs for banners, sponsorships, giveaways, frame templates, and the activities' lineup. We edited a three-part YouTube series titled Care, Lead, Inspire – Repeat that featured three individual interviews with nurses on the clinical and executive sides and a round-table discussion, plus a trailer to build anticipation. Tools included Google Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp, and AI-assisted workflows along with CapCut, Photoshop, and Envato resources. Despite challenges such as audio mismatches, background noise, and out-of-focus shots from key moments, we delivered a polished, professional final product.
Results:
The campaign was praised internally by executives and directors for creating deeper audience connections and meaningful engagement. It set a new benchmark for AONL’s storytelling and led to continued collaborations on future projects.
