Overview
As Video Production Supervisor for Project Pulso, I help lead the development and execution of social-first video productions created for Latino audiences. My work spans creative development, production planning, team coordination, shoot execution, and post-production supervision across multiple franchises.
I currently serve as Forgive Me, Internet, while also supporting and supervising other productions including Trash It or Save It, Tia’s Choice and Y’all Left This Out. Across these projects, my goal is to turn big ideas into organized, scalable, and entertaining productions that feel sharp, culturally relevant, and built for digital platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
I lead the production process from early concept development through final delivery. This includes creating show bibles, building production workflows, developing Asana systems, organizing Google Drive structures, coordinating shoot logistics, supporting casting and talent communication, preparing creative briefs, managing feedback rounds, and supervising edits or making them myself.
I also work closely with producers, editors, hosts, creative leads, engagement teams, and operations to keep productions aligned creatively and logistically. My role blends creative direction, project management, and production leadership, making sure each show has a clear format, a smooth workflow, and a strong final product.
Project Details:
For Good or Bad Latino and Forgive Me, Internet, I lead multi-episode productions designed for short-form social platforms. This includes shaping the structure of each show, preparing production materials, organizing shoot days, coordinating with talent and crew, and guiding post-production to make sure each episode feels engaging, funny, and true to the franchise.
For Trash It or Save It and Tia's Choice, I support production needs and create filler content that helps expand the show’s social presence. For Y’all Left This Out and the rest of the shows in Project Pulso, I supervise production workflows and help maintain creative consistency across episodes.
Results:
My work at Project Pulso has helped improve production workflows, create scalable systems, and increase creative consistency across multiple video franchises. By developing show bibles, Asana boards, and Google Drive systems, I helped make production easier to track, repeat, and improve.
These systems have supported higher content output, smoother multi-episode shoot days, stronger team collaboration, and the launch of new social-first franchises. The work has also received positive internal feedback for helping bring more structure, clarity, and polish to Pulso’s video production process.
